How do I get started with my intentional living journey?
Start by creating your free account and completing your profile. Then explore our resource library, join relevant community groups, and set your first intentional living goal. We recommend beginning with our 'Getting Started' guide and joining our newcomer orientation sessions.
Is GoBe free to use?
Yes! GoBe offers a comprehensive free tier that includes access to our community, basic goal tracking, and most resources. We also offer premium features for users who want advanced analytics, personalized coaching, and exclusive content.
Account & Settings
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your account settings by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner, then select 'Settings'. From there, you can update your personal information, preferences, and privacy settings.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data, including goals, progress, and community interactions.
How do I change my notification preferences?
In your account settings, navigate to the 'Notifications' tab where you can customize which types of notifications you receive via email, push notifications, and in-app alerts.
Community Guidelines
What are the community guidelines?
Our community is built on respect, support, and authenticity. We expect all members to treat each other with kindness, share genuine experiences, respect privacy, and avoid spam or promotional content. Full guidelines are available on our Community Guidelines page.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
You can report inappropriate content or behavior by clicking the 'Report' button on any post or message, or by contacting our community team directly at community@gobe.com. We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours.
Can I create my own group or discussion topic?
Yes! Community members can create discussion topics within existing groups. To create a new group, you need to be an active community member for at least 30 days and submit a proposal to our community team.
Technical Support
I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
First, try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. If you're still having issues, clear your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different browser. Contact our support team if the problem persists.
Why isn't my progress being saved?
This usually happens due to connectivity issues or browser settings. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that cookies are enabled in your browser. Try refreshing the page and re-entering your progress.
Is there a mobile app available?
Currently, GoBe is available as a responsive web application that works great on mobile devices. We're working on dedicated mobile apps for iOS and Android, which will be available in 2024.
